For over three years, I’ve been helping people who felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn.

I’m a certified Life, Business, Wellness, and Family Coach, with over 350 hours of advanced psychological training. My work combines structured coaching with approaches similar to therapeutic tools like CBT, Hypno-Therapy, Schema-Therapy, Symbol Therapy, and other techniques strong enough to make a real shift in your mindset.
